ML Creative was founded by Matt Neuroth, who brings a unique combination of technical expertise and creative accomplishment to every project.

For nearly two decades, Matt has worked in web and software design and development, specializing in consultative approaches that help businesses identify their core needs and build solutions that deliver real value. This experience spans product management, project leadership, and technical implementation—always with a focus on finding what truly matters in each project.

Parallel to his technical career, Matt has pursued his passion for music as Matt Lenny—a professional recording, mixing, and mastering engineer, performing songwriter, band leader, and creative coach. His musical journey includes multiple US tours and performances at major venues, along with producing numerous records both at home and in professional studios.
