Payment Terms

All services are priced in United States Dollars (USD). Payment methods accepted will depend on the specific service and dollar amount, but may include major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor.

Specific payment terms, including deposit requirements, payment schedules, and installment options may vary by service type and client needs. All payment terms will be clearly outlined in individual client agreements or statements of work before any services commence.

General Payment Framework

• Business services may include options for hourly, project-based, or retainer arrangements

• Music coaching services are available as packages or individual sessions

• Payment plans may be available for certain services

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees

• Clients with outstanding balances may have services temporarily suspended until payment is received

We will provide detailed payment terms tailored to your specific needs during our initial consultation.

Refund Policy

Business Services

• Hourly consulting: Non-refundable after services have been delivered

• Project-based work: Initial deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced

• If a client terminates a project after work has begun but before completion, payment will be prorated based on work completed unless otherwise indicated in the relevant agreements.

Music Coaching

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before scheduled coaching: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee

• Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled coaching: 50% refund

• No refunds after coaching sessions have begun

• Rescheduling is available with 48 hours notice at no additional charge

Promotional Terms

Any discounts, special offers, or promotions are valid only for the specified time period and under the conditions stated in the promotional materials. ML Creative LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice.

Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Referral discounts and loyalty programs may have separate terms provided at the time of offer.
